Announcing a Call for Proposals for the 22nd Conference on the Small City and Regional Community, October 16-17, 2019, at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.  

Theme:  Population Dynamics: Implications for Small Cities, Towns, and Rural Areas 

The conference organizers are seeking proposals focusing on topics such as environment, governance, health care, ethnic relations, civic engagement, workforce development, criminal justice, education and other topics—all in relation to population changes in micropolitan areas.
