To apply for the American Studies Association Regional Chapter Grant, please:

  1. Fill out Grant Application Form
  2. Upload a five-page, double-spaced narrative proposal. The narrative should include:
  • statement of need,
  • including a description of regional demographics,
  • conference/project themes and objectives,
  • plans to publicize the conference/project within the region, budget, and appendices, including letters of support and cooperation from individuals and/or organizations involved in the conference/project (as needed).

Applications must be uploaded using the Grant Application Form by April 1, 2024.
