To apply for the American Studies Association Community Partnership Grant, please:

  1. Fill out Grant Application Form
  2. Upload a double-spaced narrative proposal of no more than six (6) pages. The narrative should include:
    1. Statement of need describing target community,
    2. Project objectives,
    3. Project description,
    4. Relation to ongoing efforts by other organizations to provide American Studies resources and materials to local communities,
    5. Capacity of sponsoring organization(s),
    6. Plans for project continuation beyond the grant period,
    7. Local community publicity plans,
    8. Budget (including matching support).
       
  3. [at least 2] Letters of support and cooperation from local organizations serving the affected community

Applications must be uploaded using the Grant Application Form by March 1, 2017.
