To submit a nomination or to apply directly for ASA awards, you must create an account with the ASA website. Once signed in, please enter the nominee's information below. 

Please note: Each prize committee requires additional materials for their review. To find the specific requirements, consult ASA awards. For Committee and Caucus awards, please review instructions to determine whether nominations are submitted here or directly to committee/caucus chairs. Where possible, please combine all supporting documents into a single PDF. Book prize nominations are complete once submissions are mailed to the prize committee for their consideration.
