Booth Rental

Note: You may select your preferred booth site from the floor plan (linked below), which is subject to change based on local regulations and approval. If any revisions are made, you will be placed as close as possible to your original assignment.

After you have selected the number of exhibit booths you would like to rent, you will be prompted to either log in (if you are a member) or register your information prior to making payment.  You do not have to be a member to proceed with making payment. The registration page will create a guest account for you through which you can make payment at the secured website. To process a booth rental via mail, complete the booth rental contract and return it, with check for full payment, to Johns Hopkins University Press, Journals Publishing Division, PO Box 19966, Baltimore, MD 20211-0966, USA. Note: the ASA's FEIN #237083450.

A counter-signed copy will be returned to you.

Advertise in the Program Book

The ASA invites its exhibitors to advertise in the Annual Meeting Program Book. Download the ad order form and email the completed version, with full payment, to journalsadvertising@jh.edu (please reference ASA in the subject line).

Sponsor the ASA App

Exhibitors are invited to sponsor the ASA's conference app to promote their presence at the Annual Meeting. Be sure to look at our app ad pricing guide for information on features and price points. Purchase app advertising on the online store, and feel free to email the ASA's convention coordinator for more details.
