The ASA welcomes requests for business meetings and receptions at our 2025 Annual Meeting, November 20 - 22.
Who Can Request?
ASA committees, caucuses, chapters, and affiliated groups are eligible to request business meetings, receptions, and similar events at no charge.
Locations & Times
Events are scheduled at the conference facility and can be requested for any day of the conference. As a general rule, business meetings (with or without meals) are scheduled in 100-minute blocks at 8:00 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 4:00 pm, while receptions are scheduled for lengths between 1-4 hours, with start times beginning at 6:00 pm or later. That said, please let us know if your group has different needs and we will accommodate if at all possible.
Food, Beverage, and Equipment
Events offering food and/or beverages, or requiring A/V or extra set-up, will incur expenses. When requesting a meeting, let us know what you anticipate needing and we can help you plan and assess anticipated costs to your committee, caucus, chapter, or organization.
Deadline
Requests for business meetings and receptions must be received by May 1, 2025.

- Requested times, length, and date of function
- Type of function (reception or business meeting)
- Food, beverage, and/or equipment needs
- Anticipated attendance
