We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience at the conference, especially our immunocompromised attendees, children, and the dedicated workers who help make this event possible. With that in mind, we kindly ask everyone to follow these guidelines for the 2025 Annual Meeting:

  • Daily Measures: Let’s keep our community safe! Please wash your hands regularly and stay in your hotel room if you're feeling unwell.
  • Masking: Masks are required in meeting and event spaces, except when eating, drinking, or presenting at least six feet away from others. We encourage you to bring your own high-quality masks (N95, KF94, KN95), though we will have a limited supply available.
  • Vaccination: We strongly recommend that all attendees be fully vaccinated before arriving, unless medical conditions prevent vaccination.
  • Testing: While testing is not required for entry, we encourage everyone to take a rapid test before attending the conference.
  • Community Care: In line with the ASA’s values, we’re all responsible for upholding these guidelines through mutual support rather than policing. As such, please respect our ASA staff as part of our community; it is not their job to police this policy. We cherish the solidarity of our community and trust each other to keep our space safe.
